Fruit Coulis

Raspberry Coulis to swirl through our ice cream.

  • 3/4 cup fruit
  • 1/4 cup icing sugar

Puree the fruit, if it is seedy (eg, berries) push the puree through a sieve.

Stir in the sugar.

Simmer for two minutes.
