Salmon Puff Thingies

These are gluten free, dairy free, whole foods, and yummy!  Recipe is found here.

We’ve evolved the name one more step.  Since Fush Puppies in a New Zilund accent sounds the same as fish puppies, which is just weird, we ended up calling them fish puffies (with an exaggerated accent) making it sound like Fush Puffies.

Anyway, these were a hit, and I plan on making a bulk lot so I can freeze some.  Oh, and I made mine smaller, just because I wasn’t actually looking at the recipe, they were a nice size for kids, and would be great for a hot food at a party too if they were cooked ahead of time.

(And I forgot the baking powder, so they were probably different than they were supposed to be, but they still worked.)
