Lost in Translation?

I know terms are often different depending on location, so as differences crop up I’ll attempt to keep a running list here.  Please let me know if you don’t know what any of my ingredients are.

  • For metric – imperial conversions it can be typed in to Google (eg. “50g in oz”) and it will tell you the answer.

  • Caster Sugar = Superfine Sugar
  • Icing Sugar = Confectioners Sugar or Powdered Sugar
  • Spring Onions = Scallions
